Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Grounded Code is in private beta. These terms are lightweight and will be replaced with a full agreement before general availability. By signing up you agree to the following.
What you may do
- Use Grounded Code to query documentation and generate code for your own projects.
- Import public documentation sources or your own files as documentation sources.
- Export your data at any time.
What you may not do
- Abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Import content you don't have the right to use.
- Resell, rehost, or scrape the service.
- Use the service for anything illegal.
Your content
You own the documentation sources, conversations, and code snippets you create in Grounded Code. We only use them to run the product for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability & changes
Beta means things may break, change, or disappear. We will give reasonable notice before major breaking changes where we can, but we can't promise zero downtime or that every feature will ship.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
Grounded Code is provided as-is during beta. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
